These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and QB999 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "qb999") governing your use of the website located at qb999.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it.
QB999 is an online gaming information and service platform operating in English and targeting users in Pakistan. We provide access to casino games, sports betting markets, live casino products and related gaming content. QB999 does not hold or claim a Pakistani gambling license. We are an internationally operating platform and do not have a registered office in Pakistan.

| "Balance" | The total funds held in a User's Account, including cash balance and any bonus balance where separately labelled. |

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and payment method ownership. |

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a User must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using QB999 services is unlawful or requires a license that QB999 does not hold. |
| "RTP" | Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total wagered amounts that a game returns to players over a statistically significant number of rounds. |
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account with QB999, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction or your territory of residence, whichever is higher. We conduct age verification as part of our KYC process. Any Account found to be registered by an underage individual will be suspended immediately and all funds returned to the originating payment method where possible.
It is your sole responsibility to confirm that accessing and using QB999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. QB999 does not accept registrations from users who are physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Pakistani users are advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may restrict gambling activities; QB999 does not represent that its services are legally available in Pakistan.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on QB999. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, cancellation of bonuses and forfeiture of any balance accumulated through the use of multiple accounts.
Accounts are for personal use only. Using an Account on behalf of a third party, syndicating betting activity or operating an Account commercially without prior written consent from QB999 is prohibited.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to update your registered information promptly should any details change. QB999 is not responsible for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the User.
QB999 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. QB999 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending verification at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify QB999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. QB999 will not be held liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of an Account where the User failed to take reasonable security precautions.
QB999 supports a range of deposit methods. Payment options commonly referenced for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method, minimum and maximum deposit limits and processing times are subject to change and are governed by the operator's current configuration. Payment provider names are listed for reference only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with QB999.
All deposited funds must be owned by the Account holder. Third-party funding is prohibited. QB999 reserves the right to reverse deposits where the source of funds cannot be verified.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Account balances and transactions may be denominated in currencies supported by the platform. Where amounts are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee), these are provided as approximate local references and may be subject to exchange rate conversion. Actual amounts credited or debited depend on the platform's current supported currency settings.
QB999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless expressly overridden by promotion-specific terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit will be stated in each promotion's individual terms. Games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than table games, and certain game categories may be excluded entirely.
QB999 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it is determined that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using wagering strategies with a mathematical advantage over the wagering requirement, or coordinating abuse with other Users.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time limit, will expire and be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All casino games available on QB999 use random number generator (RNG) technology or certified live-dealer feeds to determine outcomes. QB999 does not guarantee specific game outcomes or RTP realisations for individual sessions. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages, not guarantees applicable to any single session or period of play.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, esports and other categories — are offered subject to the rules of each individual sport and market type. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or declared void will be handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the platform.
In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity error or clearly erroneous odds being displayed (including but not limited to pricing errors), QB999 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. Any funds deducted as a result of such an error will be reinstated to the User's Account. Winnings arising from an obvious system or odds error will not be paid.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted at QB999's discretion without prior notice.

QB999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, to forfeit any balance held in that Account and to report relevant activity to the applicable authorities where required by law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from qb999.cam without prior written consent from QB999, except as permitted by applicable law or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QB999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
QB999's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QB999 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under that licensing regime.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact QB999 support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. QB999 commits to responding to all dispute notifications within five (5) business days of receipt.
QB999 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by way of a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. The date at the top of this document reflects the version currently in effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via support.
